You do not need an account to use Steam BANGERS. Connecting Steam just tunes it to your library. Here is what you get and exactly what we touch, so you can decide.

What you get

• Owned and Wishlist tags on every leaderboard, so you can tell at a glance what you already have.
• For you: value picks scored against the games you own, the ones worth your money next.
• Rate my wishlist reads your real wishlist instead of you pasting it in.

What we track

• Your session is a signed cookie holding only your public Steam ID. No email, no password, nothing else.
• Your owned and wishlist games are stored so the boards and For You can be built from them. Each sync replaces the last one.
• We also store your public persona name, avatar, and playtime per game. No purchase history, no payment data, and nothing is sold to anyone. It is read-only and opt-in.
• Sign out any time to clear the cookie. To erase the stored rows too, use "Delete my data" on For You.

Steam sign-in uses Steam's own OpenID. You enter your password on Steam, never here. Privacy.
