I saw a review accusing an investor of the game for making a bunch of fake positive reviews. Looking at how empty some of them are, I see why. However, this game doesn't really need it. Is Rubinite a hidden masterpiece that will utterly blow your mind? No. It's fairly short. Just finished the game 100% and have to say ... I'm sad to not be able to recommend this. The story and gameplay ideas are lovely, but putting basically 70% of your game in a mode where you are dying to a single attack requires your game to have reliable hitboxes - and that is where the negative review comes in. The rest of the game is fine but having attacks sometimes just not hit you at all or hit outside of...

Put the demo back up on Steam! This game has been some of the most fun I've had in months, but I cannot convince any friends to buy an $18 game with only ~10 hours of gameplay if they cannot try the game without having pay first (even if they can refund it, it's an unnecessary mental barrier)
