its okay i guess, honestly i wish there was a neutral option but i suppose if i walked away from a game before finishing it that means i cant really recommend it. the story is... okay, hes going after his wife and theres some magic resource, the characters you meet are all either kind of bland or annoying (i didnt finished the game so dont think thats all the characters only the ones ive seen) the gun play feels...

I loved this game until I very suddenly didn't. It started with an interesting premise, a STALKER-lite trek into Pripyat and the surrounding villages. It seemed to lean more Strugatsky than Tarkovsky and apparently featured a prominent romance plot, which is unheard of in such a male-dominated space. I got hooked quickly on the search for clues, the base building, and finding allies in the Zone. All the NPCs are so...
I enjoyed playing it; I liked the story, the whole experience of exploring the zone, upgrading the base however I wanted, and taking care of my companions' morale and health. There aren't many weapon upgrades, though, and many activities might seem boring, but I still recommend it. Oh, and I almost forgot: if you're a trophy hunter, this game is for you-it's easy to hit 100%.
