IXION is an unrelenting, city-building odyssey across the stars. As Administrator of the Tiqqun, DOLOS’ prototype space station, you are tasked with balancing preservation and exploration as you manage infrastructure, resources and crew. Can you keep the flame of humanity alight in the cold dark?

What players say
Interesting game. Exploration plus colony sim. Poorly tuned, though. Exploration benefits don't correlate to cost/effort, so you either use the wiki or roll a dice. Synergies trivialize colony sim once you have enough tech. Game wasn't challenging, but I was close enough to the end to justify finishing it. The thumbs up is because the game was more good than bad. But it doesn't reach Against the Storm or Dot Age for...
a frostpunk-like with excellent visuals and dubbing, solid gameplay, questionable balancing and perfomance. if you're into city builders this is a perfectly enjoyable 20-25 hour game with some memorable aspects.
Game is extremely fun from what ive played but after completing the prologue the game tanks to 10fps with no fix. game has not been updated since 2024 to address the issue and official discord is in the consensus that "yeah its unoptimized sorry" sad to refund but incredibly unplayable after prologue
