Niko Bellic, Johnny Klebitz and Luis Lopez all have one thing in common - they live in the worst city in America. Liberty City worships money and status, and is heaven for those who have them and a living nightmare for those who don't.
Each input wears a grade, S to D, read from the buyer's side. The color is the direction: green raises the score, red lowers it, grey sits neutral. ▼ marks a dock, ? a missing input. The exact weights stay secret. These are the inputs and the direction each pushes.

My second favorite GTA after San Andreas from PS2. Also for good experience i recommed to instal Fusion Fix mod
The fact that you have to use mods to make the game playable and even these don't make it fully playable (at least on my PC) really tells something. It runs like crap whatever PC you use, unfortunately I bought this game but was forced to play on Xbox 360 because the PC port is crap. If you don't want to set up FusionFix and/or any other mod to make it at least playable, I recommend just playing somewhere else.
If GTA Vice City didn't exist, this will be THE BEST GTA EVER RELEASED. Man, the game is so amazing I can't give it second place, more of rank 1.5. Everything about it is just good (except 200 pigeons of course). Calling your cousin for some bowling or asking the bada bada for smoking is the real stuff.
