I played 20+ hours, just to give it a fair chance of review: If you are 50/50 on whether to purchase this, you might want to read this. What hooked me to buy this game was - Nice Art Style / Concept / Music - I love XCOM-like turn based game - Catharsis of being able beat up random people (GTA-like feeling) However the reality was - No game-play balance.
