Doesn't take itself too seriously, and has some fun gunplay and interesting legendaries. And sometimes, slam-banging together a fun game with the engine you already had isn't a bad idea.

It's a fun game... for the main story and sidequests. As soon as Chaos Levels are introduced the game becomes an unfun slog where every enemy takes an entire armory's amount of bullets to kill but you die to the slightest breeze no matter your build unless you have the effective BAR of 900 and a perfect build with perfect gear. Raid bosses aren't even exciting to get to and the whole game feels half finished. Play...
