Never played Fire Emblem, but was a major fan of the SEGA Shining Force games back in the day. Neither of which are available on Steam. You could get the Shining Force games previously on Steam in the SEGA Mega Drive and Genesis Classics collection, but was removed from Steam awhile ago. In any case, the Dark Deity series is a fun strategic RPG series, if a bit wordy for no other reason than to pad out game time...

It's not amazing but it's fun and scratches the Fire Emblem itch at least a little bit.
𝔽𝕚𝕣𝕖 𝔼𝕞𝕓𝕝𝕖𝕞 𝕣𝕖𝕞𝕒𝕜𝕖 𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕪𝕠𝕟𝕖? ℕ𝕠𝕡𝕖... This would be your wildest dream if you've ever imagined the GBA Fire Emblem games from the 2000s, remade in Steam. However, and while most of those dreams would have not a drop of bad in them, Dark Deity does have a LOT of bugs and glitches to contend with. Enter... Eliwood, I mean, Irving... Ouff, anyways! Irving is the main character, and while recruitement such as in the Fire...
