Base Game - 9/10 - Retro graphics: Beautiful racing landscapes which fit the game perfectly. Only one exception - the final race is a little bit eye-searing. It's just one level out of many, so it doesn't affect otherwise excellent look. - Authentic soundtrack: 18 tracks to pick from before each race, swappable mid-run. I would be glad to see an auto-play option to cycle through them instead of switching manually...
Although it hits right in the nostalgia neurons, it lacks something very basic, that Outrun had in the arcade times: analogue steering. Also its one of these games you buy for under a dorrah and 100% in several hours.
