The Great War is over - the fight continues. Command a legion of soldiers, desperately trying to make their way home amidst the chaos of civil war. Lead them through the unforgiving wilderness onboard an armored train. Manage your crew and resources and try to survive.

I enjoyed Last Train Home quite a bit. The Good - Very atmospheric; brings you into a part of history that not a whole lot of games do. - Graphics are good enough that sometimes you just want to look at your cool train for a while. - Combat is fun and dynamic. The Last Train Home is a pretty good game, but ultimately I decided I didn't want to put too much time into it. There's no particular reason why other than, I'd prefer a game like this to be played in rounds much like X-Com or Jagged Alliance not a RTS. This is a game where you can pause it (tactical mode) and plan your strategy but that only takes you so far before things play out in what ever way the game decides...
Thoroughly enjoyed playing Last Train Home! Been a long time since i Played a wartime RTS, but I was pleasantly surprised
