The adult patch's file browser can't view hidden folders. Meaning if you have the game installed in .locale that it can't find the game files. Even if you move the game folder somewhere else or on to a windows system the patch still struggles to find the game files. I was unable to get it working in windows. in windows using winboat, or through any other work around I use for Japanese games like this. They expect...

4\10. I would drop it normally, but had to finish it as challenge. Singleplayer gacha game. 80% of dialogues are about food. Gameplay is good though, but that's it. If you just like me wanna try it because Rance writer wrote the plot, then better avoid.
Eiyu Senki Gold is like Eiyu Senki 1.5. The game is not a sequel to the original, but more of an alternative retelling with the same cast of characters. I recommend starting with the original first. Good: + Extensive character roster pool with wide range of designs (Knights of Round, Lu Bu, Siegfield, Napoleon are among my favorites) + Lots of content (sidequests/optional missions can add ~30+ hr to the main story...
