What players say
It's pretty alright and a better Colonial Marines experience than Colonial Marines was. It's a decent horde shooter set in the Aliens universe that gives you a good mix of in universe baddies to blast. The sound design and graphics are good and true to the universe. I would have liked to see some more love in the form of additional campaigns to make it closer to a 20-30hr experience; but that's just me reaching...

The game is okay if you pick it up on sale. It was fun enough to play through the missions once with my son. I think my biggest complaint is that the guns just don't feel like they have any weight to them.
First, I want to say this game is a lot of fun. The reason I'm not leaving a necessarily good review is because it's a buggy mess. Aliens get stuck in places you can't kill them causing you to have to quit the whole mission, sometimes 30+ minutes in.
