The value story

It has never been cheaper than $2.49. That was June 2025. Its cuts run 50 percent off as a rule. There have been 21 in the 5 years tracked, about 13 weeks apart. Today's $2.49 at 75 percent off matches the lowest price in the record.

At full price it scores 48. The current cut is what makes it a 57.

Against its own genre it lands in the top 8 percent on value. It is pricier than 68 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 79 percent. Among the games that feel like it, BARRIER X ($2.99, scores 65) beats it on value, while it beats BIT.TRIP Presents... Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien ($14.99, scores 54).

This site sampled 748 of its Steam-purchase reviews; 23 were written by buyers who refunded it, sampled from reviews written November 2021 to July 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 8 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 2,814 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 574 have a larger share. Inside the two-hour refund window, 70 percent of the 1,214 reviews written there were positive, against 80 percent overall, and those are 54 percent of everything written about it.

3.2 hours to finish it, 36 to exhaust it. The completionist tail is 11 times the campaign.

Valve rates it Steam Deck Verified, and at 3.2 hours it is short enough to finish on one.

What players say

nah, might look cool and all, but the amount of witchcraft you have to perform if you want any actual meaningful progression is unreasonable, and learning every map/song plus inputting the right commands with these goofy ah controls didn't feel fun once to me when I was actually wondering what my next play is. Therefore, my best play was probably to avoid buying the game altogether, is what I came to realize. Might...

I like the LoL universe, platformers, and rhythm games...and this is still one of the worst games I've ever played....

guys, it has hidden prompts. the real challange is full action mode which 80% of players dont even unlock. like i cannot say how much fun i have with this game. its challanging to the point that if you cant 100% a level, its skill issue. but if you do it has the most satisfactory feeling a game has ever given me. if you cant see the greatness in this game. your fault for being bad
