A stunning adventure amidst an alien invasion. The atmosphere and visual aesthetics here are top notch. I was often just staring off into the various environments throughout the game. Movement overall feels a bit sluggish. I had no big frustrations getting through more complex segments of the game. However, the main character moves as though they have concrete boots on at all times, like wading through molasses...
The art direction is excellent, though the pacing suffers during the underground segments. These sections felt somewhat prolonged, and certain environments lacked the creativity seen elsewhere, feeling more like "filler" than intentional design. Short sci-fi puzzle game, with incredible visuals and sound design. The gameplay itself and the puzzles are fine, yet not very challenging nor particularly fun. It felt mostly monotonous.
