The value story
It has never been cheaper than $14.94. That was May 2026. 24 discounts in the 3 years on record. They run about 25 percent off, roughly 6 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended yesterday. No sale on record has reached $8.37, the price it would take to be a BANGER.
Value puts it in the top 5 percent of the games it competes with. It is pricier than 93 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 98 percent. Among the games that feel like it, Ascension: Deckbuilding Game ($9.99, scores 69) beats it on value, while it beats Hexarchy ($19.99, scores 53).
Steam's global achievement data puts about 15 percent of players at this game's ending achievement. On an 8.8-hour game, the hours short of it still count in its price per hour. 7 of the 511 Steam-purchase reviews sampled here come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written November 2023 to August 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 77 percent of the 188 reviews written there were positive, against 94 percent overall, and those are 5 percent of everything written about it.
8.8 hours to finish it, 146 to exhaust it. The completionist tail is 17 times the campaign.
At 8.8 hours it is a handheld-sized game, and Valve rates it Deck Verified.

Very good board game, cards are interesting, doesn't feel like there are any ways to runaway with the board so it stays competitive up until the end. Good app - a little expensive for what it is, but a solid game.

I've been a huge fan of Dune ever since I was a child. I even bought the physical edition of this game after having so much fun on the digital one. This game should be an example of how card games should be. While it has rng elements (the cards that you draw, the cards in...
I don't understand locking ranking behind dlc content. Some of us perhaps don't like the DLC and changes it makes to the board and would have preferred to play just the imperium board, It is sad and IMO even qualifying the game for a refund as you are no longer offering the services you promised innitialy.
