I tried it with a few people, but it's only somewhat entertaining and funny. The "Write a Riff" mode uses text-to-speech which has relatively flat tone. Some clips and choices on "Pick a Riff" are probably much more funny if you're familiar with Western culture in specific decades. It's not my cup of tea, but there's no strong reason not to recommend it either, when it's also rather cheap.
Generally I'm pretty forgiving towards this type of game, but this one is terrible. It may be worse than a D-tier Jackbox Party Pack game. It's essentially a worse version of What the Dub?, which has the same developers, and I generally recommend over this.
