If you're a fan of the River City...

For a lack of a Neutral choice. This game is... bad. Not gonna lie to you here, it is bad. The story suxx, some stages are bad. you cannot attack and control the bike at the same time, even with two players. (and the bike stages are annoying and a waste of time) There is a glitch with the ending. i forgot what caused it exactly but it's language related. in one of the languages, the ending will crash the game...
Honestly I wish Steam has a "middle" option (aside from yes or no) for game recommendations. I know it's a very old game so don't expect much from visuals. My negative view on this game is the gameplay. If you expect another city-exploring, stat-building beat-em up you'll be sorely disappointed. This game is very linear. Enter an area, beat up the baddies, enter next area, repeat until boss battle, then enter next...
