Almost impossible to keep your nobles from killing each other or getting themselves killed. Usually chaos. 10/10
I played it for roughly 10 hours and enjoyed the experience overall. It did start to feel a little overwhelming after a while, so I looked up some YouTube tutorials and Steam Community posts to help me understand the systems better. The mechanics are interesting, and I especially enjoyed expanding and developing my city. However, once politicians were introduced around the 40-villager mark, I started to lose a bit...
Not recommended. I genuinely wanted to like Norland. The game has a lot of potential, and it is obvious that the developers have put a lot of work into it. Unfortunately, instead of having fun, I mostly end up getting frustrated. The map generator is probably my biggest problem. Instead of simply starting a game and building my kingdom, I can spend hours regenerating maps because one has terrible terrain, another...
