The value story
It has never been cheaper than $7.99. That was November 2023. 25 discounts in the 4 years on record. They run about 15 percent off, roughly 9 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended yesterday.
Against its own genre it lands in the top 1 percent on value. It is pricier than 84 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 96 percent. The nearest things to it, Factory Town ($19.99, scores 79) and Voxel Tycoon ($24.99, scores 51), are both worse buys on this math.
Steam's global achievement data puts under 1 percent of players at this game's ending achievement. On a 20.6-hour game, the hours short of it still count in its price per hour. 11 of the 608 Steam-purchase reviews sampled here come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written February 2023 to August 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 72 percent of the 300 reviews written there were positive, against 91 percent overall, and those are 9 percent of everything written about it.
The drop-off

I bought this game to serve as an aid while i waited for Transport Fever 3. I thought i would get a simplistic "move the stuff from one place to another, fill the progress bar" game but this game really surprised me with how good it is. I highly recommend this game in its own right, not just as a timesink while waiting for an anticipated sequel! its progresion and what i will call a story (i suppose because it is in...
Great game for what's here already. Eagerly waiting for the major update. I'll definitely sink many more hours into this.
This game is certainly a bit simpler than some factory games, but honestly I consider that a perk. The game isn't overly complicated despite being a factory game, and the added element of terraforming is incredibly rewarding. Great for someone who enjoys factory expansion games but has limited time to play one on weekends or after work. Very easily replayable if you get bored or overwhelmed by your current planet...
