The value story
It has never been cheaper than $5.99. That was October 2026. 29 discounts in the 3 years on record. They run about 45 percent off, roughly 6 weeks apart. Today's $5.99 at 70 percent off matches the lowest price in the record.
Take the discount away and it is a 68. With it, 90.
Against its own genre it lands in the top 1 percent on value. It is pricier than 85 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 98 percent. The nearest things to it, AWAKEN - Astral Blade ($19.99, scores 50) and Immortals Fenyx Rising ($3.99, scores 34), are both worse buys on this math.
$7.82 is where it would stop being a BANGER. It is priced at $5.99.
The press gave it 85; the people who bought it give it 95 percent. A 10-point gap in the buyer's favour.
This site sampled 383 of its Steam-purchase reviews; 3 were written by buyers who refunded it, sampled from reviews written November 2023 to August 2026.
7.1 hours to finish it, 16 to exhaust it. The completionist tail is 2.2 times the campaign.
At 7.1 hours it is a handheld-sized game, and Valve rates it Deck Verified.

What players say
Highly recommend playing this game, the main story won't take you more than ten hours if you're good at timing and turn based combat, and it's well worth the price tag. The environments are beautiful in a simplistic way, the story is abstract and super interesting, and the combat is incredibly fun once you understand the mechanics. Definitely worth it.
Worldless is a wonderful and charming little game, and it's something I cannot help but recommend enough. I was recommended this game through a funny Youtuber I enjoy promoting it, and he only shared the first crack of the game to give me a taste of what to enjoy, leaving the rest of the game a surprise, so I'm going to do the same and try to hide as many story specific details as I can while promoting it for those...
