What players say
Game is extremely laggy and has next to no FPS. Half the things you can't even do in the field like a real paramedic would have to do, you have to do in the back of the ambulance instead. You also can't treat or help more than one downed NPC. Just like most of their games, it's full of bugs and lag, but they'll keep bringing out DLCs for more money. Honestly, it just feels like an ambulance driving simulator rather...

Game launched as a buggy mess, has a very limited set of voice-lines (so much so I can almost recite all of them) with very few different voices (seems to be one male and one female voice actor), launched with multiple DLCs. Got a new DLC shortly after launch, not a word from the devs since. Devs have also deleted the related channels from their discord server
this game has potential the biggest two things i would fix is have your partner drive instead of you and do treatment en route to hospital and make it to where you can treat multiple patients
