I've been playing this game since I was a kid. I like the added complexity of units that stem from mythological units, and the story aspect that follows it. It plays smoothly and never ceases to be fun and maybe a tad educational. A small but dedicated community has kept this alive for decades, and I'm sure the developers are a part of that community, so we have the benefit of a tailored group that makes relevant...
One of my favorite games to play as a kid. The game holds up to this day and is as fun as I remember it. Would suggest buying it together with the expansion pass, preferably while on sale to save yourself some money.
Obligatory 'this is always how it felt' comment. Excellent remaster of what was always an excellent game. I like the changes they've made to mechanics overall and the graphics look great (for an RTS), except for them randomly de-blondifying/browning certain units/races like the Atlanteans. Only big downgrade is the voice acting, which now sucks, like all modern voice acting, sadly. Original Voice Mod is a mandatory...
