The value story
It has never been cheaper than $12.59. That was September 2026. Its cuts run 15 percent off as a rule. There have been 11 in the 2 years tracked, about 9 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended 9 days ago.
Against its own genre it lands in the top 6 percent on value. It is pricier than 84 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 88 percent. Among the games that feel like it, A Date in the Park (free, scores 69) beats it on value, while it beats Just Ignore Them ($3.99, scores 37).
Of the 800 Steam-purchase reviews this site sampled, 2 come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written March 2025 to August 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 50 percent of the 101 reviews written there were positive, against 88 percent overall, and those are 2 percent of everything written about it.
It carries Valve's Deck Verified rating and runs 12.7 hours, about as long as a handheld game wants to be.

What players say
An adventure visual novel somewhat in the style of Ace Attorney Investigations. The story is hampered by a rather rough localization, but the foundations are deceptively strong and build to a really shockingly good ending, elevated by a very strong soundtrack and genuinely elite pixelart that gets maximum expressiveness out of minimal framecounts and outstanding storyboarding. Would be very onboard for a followup...
Holy peak. Absolutely worth it My only complaint is that you can't mess up. You collect clues until you have every clue, and then move on. You are asked to solve something and can choose from whatever options are given until you get the right answer. It would be nice if there was the option of losing, as it would make the rest of the discovery feel more impactful Also, if you do buy this, set your text speed to max...
Gorgeous game visually, short & sweet. Nothing too complicated gameplay wise. If you enjoy the DS era of mystery games (Layton, AA, Hotel Dusk, etc) this might work for you. Also, this is a yuri game if you truly believe. Zammy x Jasmine forever.
