Only recommend this game when discounted. Comparing with AS2:R, Conscription looks like a expand story mod made by fan. There are no new weapons and new battle vehicles except monster, and the numerical system is unsatisfactory: It doesn't give player enough money to buy higher-level weapon, certain enemies' damage is insanely overheat such as the bat monster who self explode and the human soldiers( the REAL boss in...
I thought I completed this game once before but I was wrong. I didn't know how much I was missing. I didn't pay attention to the story as much but I thoroughly enjoyed the game play. Alien Shooter 2 is one of my favourite games ever and finishing Conscription for the first time was a blast. The game was more of what I already liked in Alien Shooter 2 and I really enjoyed it.
