it was an amazing exsperince it felt so breath taking playing through the game, with its amazing scenery with the mountians. playing through the story made it feel like you were there in the game i would recomend it to anyone that likes easy, fun, lego, and fantasy type games it was super fun to play and unlock things

Very good game, excellent for split-screen co-op and it runs well even on a toaster. After the second level, it will start crashing unless you are running it in Windows 7 compatibility mode. Right click the game in your library, then click Browse Local Files. Right click on LEGOLOTR.exe and click Properties, then go to the Compatibility tab. Turn on compatibility mode, it will probably be set to Windows 7 by default.
LOTR and The Hobbit being my favorite movie series oat and there being lego games is like finding a pack of cigarettes on the floor.
