Cool idea, poor execution. It isn't worth the price. It's poorly optimized, feels clunky, and is riddled with bugs. It has potential, but in its current state, I can't recommend it.

Cool game, but holy crap is it unoptimized. I can't even get 30 FPS at lowest settings. This will become a positive review once that gets fixed.
I love this game. Especially when I am on the Cali Coastal Road. At first you will crash, crash, and crash again. But once you start getting into the flow it's just perfect. I have not experienced any bugs so far. Wishes: need more colors for basic clothes (multiplayer!), the traffic feels a little bit pre-determined,…i don't know all of the tracks yet, but i definitely need more cali roads, and if there isnt any...
