One of the most pleasant gaming experiences I've ever had. Thought I'd skip over the farming parts due to boredom but once I got into it it was surprisingly fun. The characters are so fun and interesting that even really grindy sections of the game feel refreshing because there's enough new dialogue throughout the year cycle and from quests you're always occupied with something. you know, the reason that i bought this game was never the gameplay. rune factory's gameplay never really change (nah, rf5 doesn't have any significant changes. it's just move from top-down to a full 3D). i only bought this because my friend recommended it, so i checked the characters's design. oh boy, i instantly fell for shara and decided to just buy it. tbh, this game is far easier than rf4. i remember that i had...
A charming game, it's not as complex or crazy as 4, but it's the last game in the series to have an exclusively male protagonist, so a lot of work went into the bachelorettes, and they're all very well developed and fun to build relations with. Easy to beat before the first year is over.
