MASSIVE CHALICE is a tactical strategy game set on an epic timeline from Double Fine Productions. As the Immortal Ruler of the nation, you'll take command of its heroes, forge heroic marriages to strengthen your Bloodlines, and battle a mysterious enemy known as the Cadence in a 300 year war.

Rebooted this old game, it's still so fantastic in its game loop. Wish somebody went out to create Massive Chalice 2.
Unique Strategy game from Double Fine, with marriage mechanic and very2 limited class and enemy type, overall a good challenge for strategy fans
It's basically XCOM in a different setting but very lackluster. I can only describe this game as a pizza with no toppings, it has the foundation of the genre but nothing else. It feels like it is still in early-access, I'd say that it has a lot of potential but it has had no updates for a decade.
