one of my favorite games oat. soundtrack is incredible, artstyle is great, and its overall just a pretty fun retro sidescroller. only issues honestly is it weirdly lags randomly in co-op and there is occasional hiccups even in solo play. also it doesnt work at all with steamdeck, so i hope SNK or Dotemu, whoever is working on these ports fixes them. also pricing at 8 dollars is a bit crazy for a retro game, wait for...
The games in the Metal Slug series are amazing, whether you play them today or played them 30 years ago. I had fun playing back then, and I've had fun playing with my 5-year-old son today.
