The value story
18 discounts in the 2 years on record, a median of 30 percent off across all of them, roughly 5 weeks apart. Today it is at full price, and its last discount ended about 3 weeks ago.
Against its own genre its score lands in the top 16 percent. It is pricier than 88 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 89 percent. Among the games that feel like it, Gladio and Glory (free, scores 70) beats it on value, while it beats Hellish Quart ($17.99, scores 47).
More about Gladio Mori
Of the 533 Steam-purchase reviews this site sampled, 28 come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written November 2024 to October 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 9 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 2,368 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 140 have a larger share. The typical game sits near 5 in 1,000, so the score docks it. 5 of the 28 refunded reviewers were past Valve's two-hour window when they wrote the review. Inside the two-hour refund window, 57 percent of the 256 reviews written there were positive, against 84 percent overall, and those are 18 percent of everything written about it.

S is the best grade and D the weakest, judged as a buyer. ▲ raises the score, ▼ lowers it, ? is an input we do not have, • is a fact this genre's score does not use. How the grades work
What players say
As little as ive played this as of writing the review, i can say this is a very neat little game. all the people who say "Half Sword ripoff!" and whatnot are very much liars, The movement, how you attack and others are nothing like Half Sword, Half Sword has a sort of "procedural" attacking, where you hold LMB and move your mouse to attack in whatever direction you please, Gladio Mori instead uses a "moveset"...

One step closer to melee physics combat done properly, very good game for what it is.
Mind-blowingly mid. While its not an atrocious game and it seems like the devs tried, it still really feels like a demo. Gameplay even with a sword feels like I'm trying to hit someone with a wet pool noodle. I have been drunk to within an inch of my life more times than I can count on my fingers and this character still feels more intoxicated than me., Unpolished and leaves me frustrated even when I end up winning...
