I now understand why this game has great reviews. At first it feels clunky and basic. But as abilities come online, it really starts to click about 2 hours in. It isn't long, but it's a cool art style and somehow both simple and clever in the way it does platforming and combat. When the game dials up the difficulty, it requires focus and strategy, and it's a blast.
