This game, in short, feel very unbalanced. The enemy you encountered (non-boss) can deal desvastating attack, to the point of killing your tank in one go, and yet, the healer can't even heal 1/5 of the health of the tank (and slowly deteriorate to a point where the heal only did 1/10 or even 1/20 of the tank health).
