What players say
The story and psychological tension hit me so hard that I actually ended up seeing a psychologist after finishing the game. I don't regret it for a second. Highly recommended. The soundtrack is simply outstanding.

A really atmospheric and gruesome game. The story seems heavily inspired by Silent Hill 2 but I think it uses these ideas really well. It explores the depths of human emotions and the relationship between Joe and his wife, which I found really interesting. I also really loved the aesthetic of the game. Harvester Games has a really good eye for making 2D horror look disturbing while still being visually beautiful...
I think I love everything R Michalski makes. This is just as good as The Cat Lady, who even appears in the game. Playing The Cat Lady first will probably improve the experience, but this definitely works as a standalone as well. Anyway, this is a psychological horror masterpiece. The atmosphere is perfect, the story is excellent, and everything is horrifying in the best way possible.
