What players say
Goetia has two things: A mysterious story that is paced well so that you'll want to keep progressing, and a lot of puzzles in the form of riddles that gradually become more difficult as the game goes on. If these two things are to your liking, this game is definitely worth a try. It also has two more things that may make you not want to play it: Very few hints - you may spend a good chunk of time in just one puzzle...

I have no idea if I liked this or not, in the end. The first 2/3s or so are really intriguing. I love the atmosphere. But that last 1/3... if there wasn't a walkthrough guide, I'd have given up. Not only are the puzzles really difficult, but also painfully tedious. I'm sure if there wasn't the guide I'd have missed them all together. So by the time I reached the end, I stopped caring. I just wanted it over with...
I was promised interesting story telling and fun puzzles. I got some demon ghost story that a 13 year old might find edgy, but is just boring to me. The "puzzles" are just chores. Zero stars.
