I couldn't tell you if this game was designed as a comedic play or not, but it was hilarious fo-sho. Puzzles kind of dissapointed me, apart from the decoder ones and a few others, but character interactions and overall experience was just a full-on meme. The German accents and absolute bonker of banters add a certain flavor of 'No One Lives Forever'. Good ride, thank you. Auf Wiedersehen!

The Captive Curse is the 24th Nancy Drew adventure game. In this entry, Nancy travels to Castle Finster, a tourist destination in Germany. The owner has asked her to investigate rumors of a monster that is terrorizing the residents. The story was pretty enjoyable. The characters had a bit more depth to them compared to some of the other games. We even get a bit of development for Nancy and Ned's relationship...
I found everything, checked off everything on the list, used a walkthrough from the internet to double check, exhausted every conversation and phone call. Seriously, I did EVERYTHING from a checklist on a walkthrough on a gaming website. Then I checked other walkthroughs. Same. I did absolutely everything I could possibly do to complete the tasks. Karl still would not trigger the endgame to tell me that Lukas had...
