The value story
It has never been cheaper than $1.59. That was June 2018. Its cuts run 80 percent off as a rule. There have been 76 in the 11 years tracked, about 6 weeks apart.
Against its own genre it lands in the top 5 percent on value. It is better reviewed than 89 percent of its genre. Among the games that feel like it, Neighbours back From Hell ($14.99, scores 77) beats it on value, while it beats Carcassonne - Tiles & Tactics ($2.99, scores 61).
72 from critics against 86 percent from players, and the player number comes from people who own the game.
This site sampled 446 of its Steam-purchase reviews; 2 were written by buyers who refunded it, sampled from reviews written March 2020 to September 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 71 percent of the 523 reviews written there were positive, against 86 percent overall, and those are 25 percent of everything written about it.
It carries Valve's Deck Verified rating and runs 5.1 hours, about as long as a handheld game wants to be.

What players say
Very fun and relaxing "pickup & play" puzzler, lots of levels to get through with various goals and requirements for each ("Finish level in less than X-number of turns" for example), and a hint system if you get stuck. The Hitman theming also ends up working really well here, not just the "avoid detection" aspect, but even weapons and environmental interactions too.
A solid puzzle game that actually requires some thought and makes good use of the Hitman IP. If you can pick it up on a discount, it's worth playing for a couple of afternoons.
I replayed this game on the PC. Already finished the game on mobile and feel that this game deserved better. I played again on my PC and love the Chess type gameplay. Not to intense game that I really enjoy every second of it.
