At this point you can grab the game, or the upgrade, kinda funny with the 4 dollars for SF 4 USD theme on sale going on, but more so, there's a MOD out now that gives it the rollback code that makes 2 frames delay feel like near nil. If you ever liked the game at all, and wanted some of that best console version 360 feels on PC, this plus that MOD is hands down an experience. Take a step back into the age where...
