The value story
The lowest price on record is $0.89, set in February 2019. It has been discounted 53 times in the 9 years tracked here, typically at 75 percent off, with about 7 weeks between sales.
Value puts it in the top 6 percent of the games it competes with. It is better reviewed than 90 percent of its genre. It outscores the games it most resembles, including Dear Esther: Landmark Edition ($9.99, scores 28) and No one lives under the lighthouse Director's cut ($6.99, scores 64).
Critics scored it 67. Players sit 23 points higher at 90 percent, which usually means a game that plays better than it reviews.
This site sampled 485 of its Steam-purchase reviews; 2 were written by buyers who refunded it, sampled from reviews written April 2020 to August 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 86 percent of the 1,258 reviews written there were positive, against 90 percent overall, and those are 40 percent of everything written about it.

What players say
Very unique game that's concept is very interesting. Worth the money if your looking for a small game to beat in one evening. Music is captivating as well.
A great and interesting game mechanic to enjoy for about 2.5 hours of exploring a cave system with a story to tell.
Introversion's shot at making a first person horror doesn't disappoint. The game is beatable in under 2 hours, meaning you can refund it after beating it. However, Introversion ought to receive every dollar, because they never stop making amazing games.
