When there weren't as many women in dev teams and devs worked out of passion on top of the money they would get from a good product anyways.
Saints Row: The Third. It used to be able to run without problems. But Now? Stutters and freezes frames for several seconds at a time. It's UN-playable. Saints Row IV runs smoothly, no issues there.
