Terroir is a 3D tile-based tycoon game where you manage your very own vineyard. In Terroir, you grow a variety of different grape varietals, craft your wine, and expand and manage your Chateau, all the while dealing with the weather and events that can either make or break your business.

I want this game to leave EA as a good game so here are my suggestions: -Have more interactive Canopy Management -Smooth out the curve in the beginning -Have the age of your vines mean something interesting -Allow vine grafting to other plots -Add Grenache -Introduce a blending mechanic

The frustration was so bad that I coded this tool to calculate the best ways to product 5 star wine. As a designer and software tester, I have to be honest: Terroir has a long way to go before it feels market-ready. The user experience is rough from the start. The cursor is frustrating to use, imprecise, sluggish, and extremely unpleasant. This really needs to be addressed by the developers as a priority. The...
tl;dr Fantastic concept with a good execution... But has some strange quirks that need to be addressed. As someone who really enjoys a tycoon game AND a glass of wine, this was right up my alley. And let me say right off the bat, I enjoy playing this game... It's interesting, follows some good tycoon concepts, and is something that you can just jump on and play for a bit.
