For this game being as old as it actually is, it still holds up great. The code isn't a total disaster and its actually pretty fun due to its customization and modding support. The npc pathfinding isn't actually half bad unlike some other games. Only critique is that its certainly able to bug out sometimes. Nothing game-breaking but... just funny stuff. Like vehicles spawning upside down and then still driving as if...
