About the game
Holy Potatoes! What the Hell?! is a whacky hell-themed cooking management sim where you take on the role of a chef in an Afterlife populated by potatoes!
Minimum specs
Minimum on the Steam store: 4 GB of memory, ATI Radeon HD4000 series or nVidia GeForce 9000 series, 3 GB of storage. Runs on Windows, macOS, Linux.
The value story
It has been discounted 88 times in the 9 years tracked here. The median cut across all of them is 85 percent, about 5 weeks apart. Today's $0.79 at 84 percent off still sits 61 percent above the floor, so a deeper cut exists in its history.
It is cheaper than 61 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 96 percent. Business Tour - Board Game with Online Multiplayer(大富翁) (free, scores 5) outscores it, and so does Sixty Four ($2.99, scores 41). Both sit among its closest neighbours.
The drop-off
40% start to 3% rarestNo achievement in this game marks the ending, so there is no finish rate. The curve runs from the most-unlocked achievement to the rarest, and its shape is where players stop. Steam global achievements
What players say
This is probably my favoirte Holy Potatoes game so far, being able to decide the fate of millions of depressed spuds really gave me that morale boost and cooking up dishes for various gods was really fun. i would reccommend this game to anybody, my only problem with it is the difficulty curve is very steep with the game getting very hard in circle 3. Least fun of the three games. So much repetitive micromanagement for too long. 90% of the game consists of sorting (you read that right) and the remaining 10% is selecting what to cook from a list of 50 (lower end recipes become increasingly worthless as the game progresses).
