Buy It On Sale You bought the game for $1.39 (or your local currency equivalent) right??? If you did, then you made a great choice! The game is short (less than 5 hours of play time to complete 95% of the content) but that just means it doesn't overstay its welcome. The puzzles are VERY approachable, which doesn't mean they are easy, but that you CAN solve them if you just strain your brain-muscle a little bit. This...
Agent A is a relatively short, but eventful quest with interesting but solvable puzzles, which is a rare case. Also the drawing style is welcoming, but what I liked the most is the approach. Scenes are in colourful 3D, but you don't need to walk back and forth, just a click changes the current scene. Never seen it before. Unfortunately, we don't have and probably will not have a sequel, which I would like to try.
Agent A was never going to be a particularly complex or sophisticated game. That much was clear from the demo. Regardless, I thought it would be some good, old-fashioned mindless entertainment. Unfortunately, as low as this bar might sound, Agent A does not clear it. Firstly, the writing in the narration is horrendous.
