A fantastic game with an excellent story and rich thematic material: Cagliostro, John Dee, and others. Great humour, atmosphere, and puzzles. Similar to Broken Sword, but superior, and more mature in tone.

Good fun. Well-written, and the puzzles are mostly sane. Art isn't glorious, of course, but you know that before you buy and is hardly relevant in a genre where the classics are 256-colour VGA.
Got way more out of it than expected. The visuals are obviously low budget, yet there was a clear effort to animate many environmental interactions and cutscenes.
