I wont lie to you, this game is filled to the brim with bugs. The game's lack of base game content is astounding and some of the DLC is too high a price for what you get. Only plus side is most of the DLC is cheap. Is it buggy, yeah at times. The game was started 8 years ago with a small team of like 10 to 15 developers. They may have grown since then but there's only so much you can do to pave over old bugs. The parent company Astragon Entertainment, moved the IP to a completely different development team under the parent company ownership. The new game runs on a newer engine that allows more options for the development team...
As far as game mechanics go, i would say the game is pretty interesting and incorporates alot of elements of police work that i was suprised to find once i started playing. Thats as far as my praises go. For some weird reason the map refuses to load at certain times, and the only fix is to quit to the main menu, no matter what graphics preset i play on though it obviously isn't as common on ultra.
