My total playtime to 100% w/ DLC: 15.8 hours. Base game is most of the hours. Despite the game's age, this one is still very fun and holds up well. The items added by the DLC are very powerful & skew progression if you do use them, but if you play the game's hardest difficulty (Nightmare) which is only unlocked after a first campaign playthrough, you'll still have to put effort into winning.
