What players say
A fantastic deckbuilder that is truly ocean-wide in scope, with just enough depth to hit that sweet spot: fun and addictive without ever feeling overwhelming.

Basically Slay the Spire plus pirates. There is a lot to do, favoring getting new flavors of maps over getting better at specific maps. Not as good as Slay the Spire, but still a good game in its own right. Apparently it is only a dollar on your phone so if maybe get it there if you care to preserve cost and don't mind not having a larger screen to play it.
I picked up Pirates Outlaws at a deep discount in a Steam sale and it proved to be a great little purchase. If you're looking for a fun, easy entry into roguelite deckbuilders, this is a great place to start. I finished my first run in just 2.5 hours, but there's a whole lot more to the game if you need it.
