The value story
It has never been cheaper than $0.99. That was September 2025. Its cuts run 60 percent off as a rule. There have been 42 in the 6 years tracked, about 7 weeks apart.
Against its own genre it lands in the top 2 percent on value. It is pricier than 87 percent of its genre, and better reviewed than 94 percent. The nearest things to it, Multiverse Loot Hunter ($10.79, scores 53) and Paleo Pines ($29.99, scores 57), are both worse buys on this math.
Of the 399 Steam-purchase reviews this site sampled, none come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written June 2025 to August 2026. Inside the two-hour refund window, 58 percent of the 319 reviews written there were positive, against 90 percent overall, and those are 9 percent of everything written about it.
The main story runs 25.3 hours. Doing everything runs 61, 2.4 times as long.
