The value story

The lowest price on record is $2.99, set in June 2026. Its cuts run 67 percent off as a rule. There have been 26 in the 4 years tracked, about 6 weeks apart.

It is pricier than 97 percent of its genre, and less well reviewed than 97 percent. Dungeons of Edera ($14.99, scores 19) outscores it, and so does Corpse Keeper ($19.99, scores 34). Both sit among its closest neighbours.

Of the 658 Steam-purchase reviews this site sampled, 18 come from buyers who refunded the game, sampled from reviews written March 2023 to September 2026. That is more refunded reviewers than 9 in 10 paid games this site has sampled to the same depth, and among the 698 games in its genre sampled this deeply, 10 have a larger share. The typical game sits near 5 in 1,000, so the score docks it. 3 of the 18 refunded reviewers were past Valve's two-hour window when they wrote the review. In its first 30 days on sale, 14 of 383 sampled reviews came from refunders. Inside the two-hour refund window, 35 percent of the 257 reviews written there were positive, against 54 percent overall, and those are 33 percent of everything written about it.

What players say

I dunno, I really like this janky-ass little game for some reason. I had quite a bit of fun with it, and I actually wanna get back into it soon as I never did "complete" it. I hate that the devs abandoned it. For some reason the concept is just really appealing, I like the world design, and the card system. It's fun if you get it for cheap.

It's a shame. This game has real promise: the combat (for the most part - looking at you, Twin Blades) is fun, the world is beautifully made, and the story is easy to follow and slip into. But it seems like the developers rushed to put it out, and it suffers from a lot of that promise being broken. Buy it on sale.

My advice, only purchase the game on extreme discount. It is hollow and buggy, but for three euro it's super fun to turn into a bird. Also, a grappling hook in a game where you can turn into a bird? Lmao
