I'm torn on whether to recommend this game or not. I played it in co-op which I think seems much better than solo. I think the game would be even more annoying solo. It was somewhat fun throughout but felt a little grindy and your reward for clearing an area was hours of necessary crafting and unlocking of items to go to the next area. I realize that is sort of how all these games work but it felt worse in this one...
I really enjoy the 1st map of this game, but by the time I got to map #2 (Desert Canyon/Valleys) it's become such a boring slog of a chore it's unreal. Imagine packs of 5-10 mobs coming at you and you have the following abilities: 1. Reduce...
I did play the first game, and the change is vast here. I would say "Take a look at my review of the first game, and then change all the cons to pros", but I think you will not do that. So to cut it short, if you have played the first game and kind of liked it, or maybe just a little bit, then this game might, and I would even say it will turn your opinion around. If you have not played the game, then it's a treat...
